Q: Do I need anappointment?
Nope! Walk in anytime during selling hours. We take items on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers that are shopping get first priority because they will use store credit for their purchases. You can bring as much as you would like--it may take us longer to review your items but our system will send a text to your phone as soon as the review is complete!
Q: How long does the buying process take?
Usually about 30 minutes for a bag with 20-30 items in it from the time the buyer begins the review. Larger lots can take longer and sellers who are shopping get the highest priority in our line. If you are dropping items off, our system will send a text to you when the review is complete.
Q: What if you don't want some of my items?
It happens! We really want to buy from you so if we pass, please know it is not personal. We'll let you know which pieces we're passing on and why. You can take them home or we can donate them to one of our community partners.
Q: How do you decide what to pay?
Our computer system pulls current market value for each brand and style. The offer is based on what we expect to be able to sell the item for, factoring in season, condition, and style/demand. Designer pieces are individually evaluated and researched in our Clothes Mentor database for a premium offer.
Q: What do I need to bring?
Your items (clean, current, in good condition) and a valid photo ID. Please bring your items in a bag, box or basket--and take them off of hangers. That's it. We'll handle everything else.
Q: Are you really a women's resale shop?
Yes! We carry women's clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, fragrances and accessories in sizes 0-26. We do not buy men's or kids' clothing.
Q: How is this different from consignment?
With consignment, you drop off your items and wait weeks or months to see if they sell. You only get paid after the sale, and the shop takes a cut. With us, we pay you cash on the spot. You're done in 30 minutes. We take the risk on reselling, not you.

Q: What if my items are designer?
Bring them in! We pay premium for designer and luxury labels like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Prada, Tory Burch, Coach, Kate Spade, Burberry, Tiffany, Lagos, and more. Our team knows current market value and we use the Clothes Mentor database. The buyer prices designer pieces individually and the designer pieces must be authenticated by an independent 3rd party before we can pay you. We'll handle the cost and the authentication process, after we make a conditional offer that you accept!
Q: Can I shop with my store credit the same day?
Yes! That's the best part. Sell your old stuff, take store credit, and walk straight over to the racks to find something new.
